Our community prides ourselves in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone to learn or hone their skills.
Proudly led by Coach Damiano and with years of experience, wins and prodigy's to his name. Coach has built the TRG syllabus with a modern understanding of a fighter's mindset, applying traditional techniques and understanding the body's anatomy, but delivers it in a light-hearted yet challenging way.

TRG WORKOUT REGIME
Our workouts are never the same each day, and like the Gladiators' training regime, each session is created to achieve your peak physical conditioning, fitness and skills. For example we incorporate one day for an intense cardio workout followed by a rest day. The second session will focus on endurance, and it is to test physical performance and mental stamina. The final session for the week will focus on medium intensity where it is a mixture of the two workouts.

Coach Damiano
Coach Damiano Scorsino has vast experience in Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness.
He is a former Italian and European Champion in fighting. He brings with him a great deal of knowledge both for beginners and professional athletes alike.
He has prepared several fighters to achieve peak physical fitness- both in personal training and nutritional coaching.
Damiano will help you achieve the best version of yourself.. even to the level of a modern-day fighting champion gladiator.
