MMA KIDS &

TEENS Class

  • KIDS - Maximus Group

(6-10 year old)

Our Kids MMA Program (Ages 6-10)

Our program is designed to build confidence in children aged 6 to 10 within a structured combat sports environment. Each child's progression is tailored to their age, skill level, and self-awareness.

At this stage, children often experience a wide range of emotions, which can sometimes be challenging for them to manage.

Our MMA course provides a safe space where they can learn to channel and control these emotions. Through the study of technical movements and the practical application of those skills in "simulated fights," they have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.

This practice helps develop their willpower, teaching them to strengthen themselves when they feel weak, or to manage their strength when they are stronger than others. The simulated sparring sessions also help them understand that fighting is not a game—it is a serious discipline, practiced responsibly within the academy.

Bullying is prevalent in this age group. To address this, we have developed a system that helps children build essential qualities such as discipline, respect, kindness, teamwork, problem-solving, and focus. These skills help prevent them from becoming victims of bullying.

Our classes are typically structured with a mix of games, technical training, practical application, and fun moments to keep them engaged.

As a coach, my goal is to create a family-like atmosphere where children feel safe and free to be themselves.

(11-15 year old)

Our Teens MMA Program (Ages 11-15)

Our program for teens focuses on developing both strength and self-confidence. During these years, teens face a variety of emotions and obstacles.

Our MMA program is designed to help them build the skills and confidence to handle these challenges.

At this stage, they will learn how to fight and, more importantly, how to defend themselves. As we say, "There is no attack if first you don't defend yourself."

Bullying at this age often becomes more physical, and our aim is to equip young adults with the ability to stand their ground and defend their values.

Our "light sparring" classes provide a safe space for teens to release anger and frustration, emotions they may carry from their personal lives. However, only those who have demonstrated enough skill are allowed to spar, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for everyone. Fighting under strict rules and professional supervision allows them to test their abilities in a responsible way.

Our goal is to help them grow into strong, confident young adults who can live in peace, knowing how to defend themselves when necessary.
