Open Mats: are training classes (NO SPARRING) in martial arts where partecipants can practice and drill techniques with each other in a free-style format. They are informal sessions without a structured lesions plan.

SPARRING: It's a class dedicated to athletes/fighters that have the desire to test their own skills, challenging their selves. NOTE: Participation in this class happen only after head coach approval.
